The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro station. Our room, the Navona Suite, was spacious and bright, featuring both a rain shower and a hand-held shower head. We loved the coffee machine and the fridge in the room, which made our stay very comfortable.
The air conditioning took a while to cool down.

the location was the only half-decent part of my stay, but my room was minuscule, I thought I was in a closet. plus, the plumbing was horrendous, water everywhere! honestly, I almost gave a good review until I discovered they offer no upgrades for guests like me. this hotel is definitely below average, I would expect more.

The location is a foodie’s paradise! Just steps from gems like Venchi for the sweetest gelato and Ristorante Al 34 for a classic Roman feast. The ambiance of the suite was divine, with gorgeous natural light flooding in to set the mood for breakfast with my coffee. Truly a delightful experience!
Now, the air conditioning played hard to get—12 hours to cool down is no fun in the summer heat!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. Our suite was spacious and bright, perfect for our family. The separate shower and toilet areas made our mornings easier, especially with our toddler in tow. The little touches like a coffee machine were a hit.
My children wished for a faster bathroom drainage.

Our stay was really nice, especially with the cozy vibe of our room and the Nespresso machine that made mornings so much better! The small outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, and there was a little grocery store nearby for snacks. The only downside was the room size being a bit tight, but it didn't dampen our experience at all. 😊
